      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to member insurance plans and healthcare inquiries
      - Assist members with appointment scheduling and finding primary care physicians within their network
      - Review and process change requests for member insurance plans
      - Provide support to customers facing urgent healthcare-related issues
      - Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure member needs are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency, capable of toggling between multiple systems
      - Open availability between 7 am - 2 am EST, 7 days a week
      - Must reside in the state of Missouri

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly within healthcare
      - Familiarity with VoIP technology and headset equipment
      - Previous experience working remotely and managing a home office setup
