      This is an onsite position 100%.

      Nature of Role:
      • Will work in a Call Center environment receiving inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support
      • Maintains patient records and verifies accounts-
      • Must maintain department KPIs
      • Communicates prescription revision requests to clinic support teams
      • Receives and processes new referrals for out of warranty equipment
      • Facilitates equipment replacements
      • Schedules patient’s annual preventative maintenance
      • Coordinates Customer returns
      • Follows regulations, policies and procedures
      • Education- Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
      • Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of call center experience
      • Associates Degree or equivalent work history
      • Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
      • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
      • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites along with data processing
      • Strong MS Office working knowledge Ability to use good judgement, thinking and reasoning to solve problems
