Job Description
- Req#: 25-00219
- Will work in a Call Center environment receiving inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support
- Maintains patient records and verifies accounts-
- Must maintain department KPIs
- Communicates prescription revision requests to clinic support teams
- Receives and processes new referrals for out of warranty equipment
- Facilitates equipment replacements
- Schedules patient’s annual preventative maintenance
- Coordinates Customer returns
- Follows regulations, policies and procedures
- Education- Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of call center experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent work history
- Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites along with data processing
- Strong MS Office working knowledge Ability to use good judgement, thinking and reasoning to solve problems
This is an onsite position 100%.
