      Position: Customer Service / Intake Specialist
      Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor
      Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (New York Time), with weekend availability preferred (e.g., 9 AM - 2 PM on Saturday or Sunday)
      Location: Remote (Preference for Latin America to align with time zone)
      About the Role

      Special Touch Home Care Services is seeking Customer Service / Intake Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is bilingual, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a compassionate healthcare environment.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
      • Collect and input client information accurately into our tracking system.
      • Manage daily tasks using our internal task management system.
      • Support multiple departmental areas as needed and adapt to diverse processes.
      • Assist clients with inquiries related to home care services, ensuring a positive experience.
      Requirements
      • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
      • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.
      • Proficiency in basic data entry and tracking systems.
      • Willingness to learn and navigate various departmental tasks.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Prior experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
      Work Schedule
      • Primary hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
      • Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is highly desirable.
