- Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.

- Manage daily tasks using our internal task management system.
- Support multiple departmental areas as needed and adapt to diverse processes.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to home care services, ensuring a positive experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and tracking systems.
- Willingness to learn and navigate various departmental tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Primary hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is highly desirable.
