What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
- Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
- Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment on the lot
- Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
- Drive a forklift and perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to comply with safety precautions when working around moving parts or chemicals
- Availability for ongoing training and education through U-Haul University

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental equipment and inventory management
- Certification or experience in operating forklifts
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
