      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and respond to inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, and providers via multiple communication channels
      - Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service delivery and ensure satisfaction
      - Adhere to regulations and policies to protect employee and patient information
      - Identify and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
      - Operate office equipment and assist in various administrative tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a resident of one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina
      - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in Human Resources, Payroll, or related fields
      - Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and information systems
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of medical or healthcare experience
      - Familiarity with processes related to Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, or Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Effective time management and organizational skills
      - Experience operating multi-lined phones and office equipment
