What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with patients, referral sources, and field management
- Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services/products
- Manage all aspects of initial patient intake, including data entry and documentation
- Process new orders and respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide education on qualifications for service and third-party billing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Background investigation and drug screening may be required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable)
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written

- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with insurance policies and requirements
- One year of related work experience
