- Works collaboratively with the relevant Squad teams to continuously improve operational and business performance to optimise both the customer and employee experience, creating those moments of truth when they really matter

As Customer Service Team Leader you will lead a team of up to 12 reports, based at our state of the art offices in Edinburgh. You will lead a team who have the unique opportunity to be exposed to banking and investments as part of the Nutmeg/Chase team.
