      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate handling of inquiries regarding student loans and assist customers in establishing repayment plans
      - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance metrics
      - Assist customers with application completion according to department guidelines
      - Maintain high levels of privacy and security for client information during all interactions
      - Update customer accounts and provide information in compliance with Federal and State regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
      - 6 months of computer experience in a business setting
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C)
      - Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Augusta, GA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Prior call center experience
      - 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
