What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inquiries regarding student loans, updating accounts, and providing repayment options in compliance with regulations
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance standards
- Assist customers in completing applications according to department procedures
- Uphold privacy and security protocols to protect clients and business partners
- Participate in ongoing training and development to remain knowledgeable about federal regulations and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
- At least 6 months of computer experience in a business setting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior call center experience
- 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
