What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer product orders from entry to consumption at the customer's plant
- Analyze customer demand to identify and correct over/under demand issues
- Develop and coordinate shipping plans and address inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and historical data for all products
- Foster relationships with customer plant schedulers for problem resolution and value creation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of related experience in customer service; invoicing experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for some travel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with EDI communications and manufacturing/production planning
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in marketing, sales forecasting, and basic business skills
- Solid math skills related to a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ECO and obsolescence management skills
