      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first level support for software and app-related inquiries in a contact center environment
      - Troubleshoot access issues for various web-based and app-based applications
      - Assist customers through multiple communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chats
      - Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly to ensure quality service
      - Adhere to performance metrics and quality standards to measure productivity and service quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Contact Center Operations or a customer service role
      - Proficiency in Google Suite; willingness to learn Oracle and other ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to demonstrate empathy and a desire to resolve customer issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree
      - Two (2) or more years of experience in help desk support or troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues
      - Six Sigma certification
      - Familiarity with performance-driven environments and related metrics
      - Preferred location in Central or Mountain Time Zones
