What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic appointment scheduling and outreach calls in support of Healthy Life Centers
- Independently respond to inquiries from customers for information and assistance of moderate and substantial complexity
- Maintain professional interactions with both internal and external customers
- Utilize strong data entry and typing skills while managing multiple applications simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and workplace care guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Office experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of a PC and multiple applications simultaneously
- Ability to work in a dedicated workspace for the entire work shift

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Evernorth systems and Epic EMR
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Passionate about going above and beyond in customer service
