      - Utilize proprietary systems to look up member information and provide assistance.
      - Document all calls and transfer complex issues to the appropriate department.
      - Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
      - Minimum of one year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred.
      - Basic computer skills are necessary.
      - Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.

      - Demonstrated ability to interact positively and establish cooperative working relationships.
