What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Record information in the Communication Log and ascertain the nature of the call
- Provide member information using proprietary systems and forward logs for further research as needed
- Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
- Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
