What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and document interactions in the customer tracking system
- Collaborate with management to address customer issues and escalate serious concerns as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience
- Recent college graduates may be considered for this role
- Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in PC applications, including email, Word, and Excel
