      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and manage telephone calls from customers to address inquiries regarding orders, bills, and shipments
      - Issue call tags, credits, and trace customer order shipments while handling sensitive customer issues
      - Interact with sales and distribution center teams regarding product inquiries and post-order concerns
      - Process customer credit card and ACH payments, as well as issue refund checks when necessary
      - Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
      - High School education or equivalent, with vocational training or on-the-job training preferred
      - Strong telephone etiquette and ability to manage a high volume of calls
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

      - Familiarity with applicable computer systems for efficient order management
