What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications
- Validate shipping locations and ensure data entry accuracy for purchase orders
- Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints
- Support the sales department by answering questions and researching responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and billing specialists
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an account representative
- Familiarity with Oracle software
