      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status with accuracy and courtesy
      - Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database in a clear and timely manner
      - Meet attendance and call quality standards
      - Perform job functions with attention to detail and within established timeframes
      - Collaborate with team members to facilitate and coordinate resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
      - Knowledge of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
      - Ability to gather and assess information from multiple systems
      - Proficiency in MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
