      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims in a courteous and accurate manner
      - Document inquiries, complaints, and other relevant data in the computer database
      - Meet attendance and call quality standards consistently
      - Perform job functions with attention to detail and within established timeframes
      - Participate in additional duties as assigned by the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance, managed care, or a provider setting
      - Knowledge of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
      - Proficient in using MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including typing
      - Must complete and pass a criminal background check
