What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a world-class customer service experience by answering inquiries and resolving issues

- Collaborate with Accounting and cashiering to address account problems or inquiries
- Support various company transactions including cancellations, delivery status, and account questions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with direct customer interaction
- Flexibility in training schedule as needed
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or early morning hours based on business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual speaking skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
