      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle phone inquiries regarding membership benefits, pricing, and processing in a professional manner
      - Actively participate in AMA Membership and Health Solutions programs, including outbound calling
      - Support customers with website navigation and account assistance
      - Respond to service inquiries about AMA products and resolve fulfillment issues
      - Maintain accurate documentation of customer service interactions and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet attendance and punctuality requirements of the Unified Service Center
      - Bachelor's degree or 4 years of customer service and/or telemarketing experience strongly preferred
      - Experience with service center tools (e.g., telephony applications)
      - Excellent oral communication skills, particularly with physicians
      - Advanced knowledge of AMA structure, products, and advocacy issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume, production-oriented customer service environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer complaints effectively
      - Familiarity with AMA periodicals, products, and membership offerings
      - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with team members
