      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status
      - Document inquiries and complaints accurately in the computer database
      - Provide support during the Medicare Annual Election Period, including variable shifts
      - Advise providers on claim processing outcomes and take appropriate actions
      - Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing all job functions with accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts
      - Ability to use MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Successful completion of a criminal background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with state and federal programs, specifically Washington Apple Health and Medicare Advantage Plans
      - Familiarity with claims processing and related protocols
      - Previous experience in a collaborative healthcare team environment
