      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with clients to provide timely and accurate laboratory results
      - Assist clients with inquiries regarding test statuses, specimen handling, and requisition changes
      - Document all client interactions in the appropriate systems
      - Collaborate with Sales and Clinical Support Representatives to resolve client issues
      - Participate in various projects as assigned by the direct supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a High School Diploma
      - 0-1 years of related experience
      - Prior call center experience and/or familiarity with multi-line phone systems
      - Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
      - Must be able to sit for extended periods
