What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Secure new recurring revenue from residential prospects and incremental revenue from existing customers through proactive communication
- Respond to customer-generated tickets and provide personalized support
- Assist customers with billing, pricing information, and issue resolution
- Promote products and services for potential upselling, documenting customer inquiries and resolutions
- Train customers in product use and functionality while ensuring compliance with established procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of proven sales experience or two years of college education, or a combination of both
- Stable work history and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficient time management abilities
