      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage accounts receivable by reviewing and following up on outstanding balances
      - Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and other relevant parties to resolve billing issues and claims
      - Contact patients and insurers via calls, emails, or written correspondence to collect outstanding balances
      - Investigate and resolve billing disputes by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with the billing department
      - Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communication with patients and insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management preferred
      - Knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance claim submission, and reimbursement principles
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
      - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with various insurance plans and government programs
      - Previous experience in medical billing or accounts receivable in a healthcare setting
      - Proficiency in using billing software or healthcare management systems
