      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries and respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
      - Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
      - Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity
      - Aim to resolve issues on the first call and de-escalate situations as needed
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
      - Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Proven oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
      - Strong logical problem-solving skills
      - Organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
