What You'll Do:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Become an expert on our products and assist customers in connecting with advisors
- Help customers create and manage their accounts
- Act as an advocate for customers and find proactive solutions to any issues

Who You Are:

- An effective communicator, providing responsive and accurate solutions
- Empathetic, understanding the importance of how a message is conveyed
- Knowledgeable and curious, always looking to improve skills and solve challenges

What You'll Need:

- Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical, and psychic arts
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or up-selling experience
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Remote work experience preferred
