What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or up-selling environment
- Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual, new age, metaphysical, and/or psychic arts
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- High school diploma or its equivalent
