What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns
- Upsell products and features while highlighting benefits
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills for exceptional customer service
- Provide information about current plans and products
- Identify and propose new solutions that meet customer needs
- Efficiently navigate multiple computer applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma/GED
- Quiet and secured workspace
- Must live in TX to apply (other states have separate requisitions)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
