What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance, or medical facilities, including escalated patient calls
- Assist with escalated questions and calls from Global Team Members
- Update insurance information, read denials from EOB, and correct insurance details as needed
- Process payments and work with patients to set up payment plans
- Actively monitor and respond to patient emails and voicemails promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of customer service experience in the medical field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year of call center experience preferred
