What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls within established call center guidelines
- Conduct research and take action on complex case discrepancies using multiple computer information systems
- Resolve problems and report discrepancies related to eligibility and enrollment
- Stay updated on AHCCCS and departmental policies, rules, and procedures
- Serve as a team resource for policy, procedural, or systems-related questions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
- Knowledge of ALTCS, SSA, DES, Medicare, and other eligibility programs and systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish) language skills
