What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls within established call center guidelines
- Conduct research and take action on complex case discrepancies utilizing various computer information systems
- Resolve problems and report discrepancies related to eligibility and enrollment, ensuring compliance with policies
- Serve as a team resource to answer policy, procedural, or systems-related questions
- Update systems and document all actions taken regarding discrepancies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
- Knowledge of AHCCCS, DES, Medicare, and other eligibility programs and systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Completion of a fingerprint background check and other pre-employment requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
