What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer calls and resolve inquiries from high-level sources including the Governor's office and AHCCCS leadership
- Research and analyze complex customer concerns, utilizing computer information systems to provide solutions
- Process various case actions and monitor requests, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Verify information and update systems with necessary data and documentation
- Participate actively in the Arizona Management System initiative and related meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
- Knowledge of Arizona Medicaid programs and eligibility systems
- Exceptional analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle a consistent workload and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
