What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Provider Enrollment and assist with the application process for AHCCCS Providers
- Perform site visits to assess compliance with CMS Medicaid facility requirements
- Determine eligibility of Providers based on CMS guidelines and conduct in-depth screenings
- Act as an AMS Team Lead on projects, sharing results and suggesting process improvements
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two and a half years of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
- Knowledge of Medicaid Programs and related regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess a valid Arizona Driver's License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
