What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance, or medical facilities, including escalated patient calls
- Assist with escalated questions and calls from Global Team Members
- Update insurance information and manage claims through company systems
- Process payments and set up payment plans with patients
- Monitor and respond to patient emails and voicemails in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in the medical field
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year of call center experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with insurance payors
