      - Engage in discussions either online or in-person as per your preference

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
      - Access to a high-speed internet connection is mandatory
      - Willingness to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
      - Ability to read, understand, and follow both oral and written instructions
      - No previous customer service representative experience is necessary
