What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions during discussions
- Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to meeting
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in market research or focus group participation
- Comfort with technology and online platforms for discussions
- Strong communication skills for sharing feedback effectively
