What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Complete written and oral instructions provided during sessions
- Fill out written surveys for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several discussion topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative experience is not necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or market research roles
