What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain professionalism and effective interactions with all contacts, both internal and external

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
