What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
- Use smartphone-based technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts
- Availability for hands-on working interviews
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with moving and transportation equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
