- Must have a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet connection and physically connected computer equipment
- Compliance with work schedules and remote work requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Living in the state of Florida
- Previous customer service experience in a bilingual role
