This fully remote position will handle inbound voice calls , providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions. High proficiency in English , both written and verbal, is essential for clear and effective communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service on every call.
• Document call details and customer interactions in the company's system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Accomplishing related duties as required.

Requirements:
