What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage phone calls (both outbound and inbound) and text correspondences with customers of the meal box program
- Utilize data management systems to record feedback, answer questions, and escalate inquiries
- Manage inbox and email correspondences
- Create a warm and welcoming impression while maintaining professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of customer service-related experience
- Proficiency with G Suite
- Concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers effectively
- Punctual with great attendance and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
