      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' technical issues, providing expert support and resolution
      - Manage operating system imaging of laptops and desktops, including post-imaging support and troubleshooting
      - Execute remote operating system deployments and surplus equipment pickups
      - Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, application, printing, and networking issues
      - Maintain hardware asset databases and collaborate with external vendor support teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience as a customer service representative or in a related field
      - Proficiency in Windows (XP/Windows 7/Windows 10/Mac) providing desktop hardware and software support
      - Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows 7 & O365)
      - Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues such as VPN, RSA, and OKTA
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
