      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review bound policies for quality assurance and process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and invoices
      - Handle billing inquiries and follow up on non-pay cancellation notices from carriers
      - Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate account servicing
      - Provide excellent customer service to clients during post-bind processes and policy reviews
      - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing issues and policy inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer account servicing, preferably in regulated or financial services
      - High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with agency management systems
      - Strong organizational skills and disciplined time management abilities
      - Comfort with outbound dialing and phone conversations with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in insurance or customer service roles
      - Familiarity with third-party or agency management systems and various web applications
