What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert support for clients' technical issues as the primary point of contact
- Perform operating system imaging of laptops and desktops, including scheduling and post-imaging support
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, application, printing, and networking issues
- Maintain hardware asset databases and collaborate with external vendor support teams
- Ensure compliance with defined IT/ITIL processes to meet service level objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience with Windows (XP/Windows 7/Windows 10/Mac) providing desktop hardware and software support
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows 7 & O365)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues such as VPN, RSA, and OKTA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
