What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels and preparing rental invoices
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in environments requiring safety precautions around machinery and chemicals
- Commitment to a nicotine-free work environment, as per company policy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or rental processes
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered through the employer)
- Interest in participating in ongoing training and development programs
