What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the frontline representative of the employer’s brand, engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues
- Educate customers on the use of the employer's website and products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience and 2 years of online customer service chat experience
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook; proficient in various CRM systems
- Physically able to work 8 hours a day, sitting at a computer, and answering emails, phone calls, and live chats
