      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the frontline representative of the employer's brand by engaging with customers across phone, chat, and email support channels
      - Provide timely product information, troubleshoot issues, recommend products/services, and resolve customer complaints
      - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
      - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues
      - Educate customers on the use of the website and available books

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Customer-centric attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Minimum of 2 years of call center experience and 2 years of online customer service chat experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills
      - Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and various CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in setting up and troubleshooting equipment independently
      - Ability to work autonomously in a goal-oriented, self-motivated team environment
      - Strong ability to work across multiple screens and open computer windows during customer interactions
