      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for residential customers and key accounts
      - Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
      - Provide answers to customer inquiries regarding order progress, product specifications, and warranties
      - Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Project Management, and Operations
      - Participate in regular conference calls with Residential Accounts and assist with other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience
      - Proven success in customer service, inside sales, or a related field
      - Experience with CAMS/SAP systems
      - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
      - Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in residential flooring, including hard and soft surfaces
      - Background in a high call-volume environment
      - Proficiency in additional computer programs such as CRM and AS400
